Stainless Steel Butt Hinges

About our Stainless Steel Butt Hinges Square butt hinges, built from durable 11 gauge, 304 stainless steel with marine grade alloys to prevent rust and corrosion. Each butt hinge has a 1/4in spun pin except the 8in, which has a 3/8in pin. Pre-punched hinges have countersunk holes, and have three available finishes: mill, black powder coated, and electro-polished. We also supply Blank hinges (with no holes), if a special pattern is required, or you plan on welding it to your application. Blank butt hinges are only available in a mill finish.
Square butt hinges, built from durable 11 gauge, 304 stainless steel with marine grade alloys to prevent rust and corrosion. Each butt hinge has a 1/4" spun pin except the 8", which has a 3/8" pin. Each butt hinge has pre-punched countersunk holes and have a mill finish. These durable butt hinges come in range of sizes, including mini sizes. These stainless steel mini butts are also made of marine grade 304 stainless and have a shiny electropolished finish. Great for small boat and marine applications.

These stainless door hinges are constructed of 302 stainless, and are 2.2 mm thick, and are available in a mill finish only. The pin is 6mm in diameter and is available in a removable or a non removable (4" only). Two sizes available: 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" and 4" x 4".

Stainless Steel Spring Hinges are primarily used on pool gates and around corrosive environments, where the gate must stay closed, especially if accidentally left open. These spring hinges are pre-punched and have a loose 1/4" pin. Adjustability allows for different tensions, for different sized gates or doors. Constructed of durable 11 gauge, type 304 stainless steel with marine grade alloys, to prevent rust and corrosion.
